N16 Official post!...with updated info! JULY 23-26, 2010

yup i did. it had mud in it, and someone decided to open it up and throw food in it while i was at the beach. so i don't know if anything else was done to it, so i left it on purpose.

thats fudged up man, i got home pretty fast eehhh.....i had BRUNCH wit ollie, stibby an rex4life....awesome time, i had a blast an met amazing people an cars. cant wait for next year guys

i took a very nice scenic route back home because I-90/87 by rochester was backed up with traffic, and i didnt feel like dealing with that crap for four more hours. it was an extra 1:30 hours, but well worth it. i even saw a black crx with jdm tails on the outskirts of rochester going to route 20 i think.

i went around the finger lakes and even saw a dam which i stopped to take pics of. the roads were awesome, and it was mainly going downhill with some turns. so many beautiful sights too; and a lot of farms.

The campground was a mess and I really like to thank all the people that helped clean it up so we could come back next year!

Had a blast, amazingly enough the wife (whom despises my crx) had fun as well. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the spectacular views associated with the meet, new cr-z (that I no longer want due to not fitting in...head space...) chick car? lol j/k and the falls that we saw together for our first time. Still uploading all my pics atm...think I have one of each car....just not mine as it wasn't ready to drive.

oh well.

i cleaned up sat morning, the beer cans, bottles and stuff that was around the camp fire and cars. i cleaned up a lot last year too. the people that make the mess should clean up their portion. i made no mess other than the tent which im sure someone will be using in the future since it was all there including the bag. so they got a free tent out of it.

Yea, the grounds were left disgusting... trash in the fires, piles of [crud] all over, trash left on the tables, piles of bottles. It really wasn't cool, especially since there is no trash pickup in "God's Country." I know there were no (1) trash bins, but that doesn't give people the right to throw their trash all over.

Thanks again to all those who grabbed a pair of gloves and helped us clean up after the group, and to the guys with the Ranger who helped haul all the trash to dumpsters.

Definitely didn't take him long at all. I was right behind him and thought I was going to be sitting a while till he got things straightened out. I also expected to get a hassle about my parts as I had when I brought them in, and nothing at all. Had a blast once again, now it's time to start planning for next year, right? Haha.

Hahaha Braffy, we were so bummed when we realized we had no way to call you after crossing the border. Yeah Tim had no problem whatsoever. When the officer asked me if I bought anything, I thought for a second and said no, even though I bought that exhaust, mud flaps, and the sunroof assemblies hahaha. He looked at me for a second and let me go, but I thought for sure I was going to get searched for my delayed response...

@Flamegurl: You should totally come down! I think I will be getting out of OCS just around that time, and you could definitely chill with me and RJ and Brent in Richmond!

on the down side, my a/c died about 6 hours from home. and the car has developed a significant oil leak that wasn't there when i left
too many hours of high rpm in the heat i suppose!

spent saturday night with friends in buffalo. i found the leak...brass tee fitting for the oil pressure gauge cracked after 3 years. once i found it, i touched it and it broke right off!! easy fix tho
also discovered that my spool valve (vtec) gasket is the wrong one, so I ordered the 91 NSX gaskets.
looking forward to next years antics!
