2 vacuum lines from Dist. on 84 CRX

I struggled with the stock carburetor and could not get it to idle or stop leaking fuel so I went with a Weber and have had great luck so far.
The question I have is the two vacuum lines from the distributor. I have the top one run to the carb vacuum port and the lower vacuum line run to a manifold port.
Looking at the diagram I think I have it right, just wanted some confirmation.
