Hmm...I'm sure if you pop your hatch and remove the panels from it the screws holding it down would show. You don't need to worry about weight tho. Rubber isn't that heavy and the hatch shocks were designed to have it mounted. Hell, you don't need to worry about weight at all, you have a plastic from end
