I bought my self another crx:) 91 crx si. Is 100% stock!. Ok well aftermarket stereo n I think seats but look just like Si. 129 thousand miles:) drives and feels amazing. Plans... thinking of making it an sleeper. But for now just doing maintenance. Also i installed my window rain vents:).
Parts ordered.
Energy Suspension Shifter bushing, front sway bar bushings, end links.

Thanks guys, I loove the color:)
So I took her to Honda because driver side seal belt hangs, so I said I wanted it replaced lifetime warranty. Theu checked the VIN and nothing. They said maybe is from Canada and thats why the VIN does t apper on their comp. Fuuu. Give me a number to call to transfer the VIN to US. Never heard such thing hm. Anywaus Honda guys where checking my Crx out:)
Today I installed new NGK plugs, and my rear mud flaps. Only have one pic with one on, it got darker.

Next to a CRZ, sorry pic sucks to dark.

Nice ill gice it a look when u finish with carlos..be cool if u can make EG rad mountings too. Fender braces well...I was gonna ask u to make me a set even tho you retired from making em.

Sooooooooo much OEM goodness. Why be in a hurry to transform it into foe anything. You may never find a better one to keep as a stock example.

On the 9005 mod. I dislike them because of excessive glare issues but I took a look at the vehicle regulations for Texas and found they are without question illegal in Texas. No one really cares about the legal aspect and it would be a surprise if you got a ticket for them. The fact that few are willing to accept is they do put out excessive glare. The main reason the 9005 mod puts out so much more light is they defeat a critical portion of the glare shield and flood the road with glare light.

Applicable sections include:

Sec. 547.3215. which directly references the federal lighting equipment standards and makes them enforceable under state law. By the federal regulations lighting equipment is only legal when operated with the specified bulb. For a CRX that means 9006 for low beam and 9005 for high beam.

Sec. 547.333. details the head lamp requirements. The glare aspect uses the language " a distribution aimed so that no part of the high-intensity portion of the lamp projects into the eyes of an approaching vehicle operator". Deleting the end coating of the proper 9006 bulb opens up a big ole hole in the glare shield for the the high-intensity portion of the lamp to project into the eyes of an approaching driver.

OK, it's an odd hobby to actually look up such things but there you have it. The 9005 mod is in direct violation of at least two Texas laws. Most communities have some sort of glare ordinance in force so even in the states that don't directly reference the federal regulations 9005 is an illegal mod by state and sometimes even local glare regulations.

The only reason I bother to point these things out is that it's just plain rude to run around making people eat your glare. The hope is that if people at least understand how rude it is they might consider giving the other drivers a break from the glare.

I will be keeping all the stock parts. Also the body parts eont be modify mostly suspension and engine. On the 9005 Mod, in my opinion 9005 mod is less glare then an HID kit. Also u drive a crx u must know how the stock 9006 suck. 9005 improved it a bit. And my lights are aimed a bit down. I havent had any drivers flash me yet. Texas law, they arent even enforced. So many driving with HIDS, even pink and green wth and still theu driving like that. So many rules here not being enforced. I prefer to blind a few ppl than for me to crash. Theu can always more my way or move their rear view mirror.
