Would it be possible to do swap the headlight of a 92-95 civic into a crx?? if so would it be extremely expensive any info would be useful

No, they will not bolt up. Yes, it's alot of work welding and cutting.

I think you have to mate the front half of a 92-95 fender to the CRX fender, Use a lot of bondo, then make the lights bolt in... looks decent, but a TON of work

You could do the SiR conversion...that is what ppl typically do.
