Here are a few pics from the PCA meet yesterday. I came in second after two older 911s, driven by 30 something guys who've been autocrossing them since high school. It was a lot of fun, I beat all my friends that came along, and of course got the satisfaction of trouncing some high-end cars. Notice the RR prepped car in the left of the first pic. He tech'd my car and put me in their lowest class until I asked to be bumped. Kind of a jerk, was revving his little V2 motor in the grid... so I had to show him what kind of noise a Honda I-4 with open exhaust can make Beat him by 2 seconds, with Azenis over his slicks.

The grid, I'm there three cars back, Marty's '71 240Z is sitting with the hood popped open trying to stay cool (non-intercooled 280Z turbo motor).

I'll post more when I get them, and some from saturday at RPI.

Nice man, if I get my uncle's crx i want to take it to englishtown with a few friends. 2 of em have integras, one has a nissan nx, another one has a z24 cavalier.

Englishtown is a drag strip right? Try out autocross, the CRX is much better suited for it, and it's a lot of fun.

The important thing is that I beat all my friends at RPI who beat me the day before!

Actually mark, some of those cones are "pointers" to direct the way that you are supposed to go.
But yeah some people knock the cones over at a usual 2 sec penalty. :lol:

Those are all pointers. I only hit cones skidding through the stop box a couple of times

If you aren't hitting any cones then you aren't pushing hard enough!!

There's no need to hit any at the PCA events, the course is sooooo wide because most of them are new. It was a pretty open and fast course, but it was a lot of fun.
