what mats, wheel and cluster are those? thats one clean interior

The mats look like Pilot or CRV mats... I think. They just SCREAM SUV with that hideous pattern.

The wheel reminds me of an old 1gen or maybe a VW Jetta wheel, I can't quite place it. I know i've seen something very similar in the past.

The cluster looks familiar too. Perhaps 92-95 Civic?

Someone will chime in and know all the answers, I'm sure.

The mats are from a CR-X Exclusive. As you can see they don't fit too well in a LHD application. The steering wheel is Mugen. The cluster is from a CR-X SiR.
