I have a idle surging problem. I've cleaned the FITV adjusted the white plastic screw thingy. I've cleaned the the old Idle control sensor valve. I also replaced the Idle control valve with another used one. I've purged the system.
What else could it be?
I've thought of just covering the FITV hole in the TB? This keeps the idle smooth. Is this a good idea?

How about TPS?

Thanks

Take a can of carb cleaner, or starter fluid and spray around your vacuum lines and intake. If you have a leak, and you spray it, the motor will either rev up or stutter. This is how Ive found MANY of my vacum leaks....works everytime.

I had a similiar problem just like u, and tried everything checkin all the hoses and everything and found out that my original throttle was some how damage in a way. So to be clear on that, the thing didn't close all the way when I got off the throttle it stayed open just a lil-bit ( enough for my car to idle at 1500 rpm while at normal temp ). And 2000 rpm. when the engine is cold!!

All thaT time and money I spent buying lil parts it was the throttle all along! WHO NEW! GOOD LUCK!
