Great write up on the backpressure. Now a question on it. What diameter of exhaust is recommended for the rex? Right now the engine is stock, but I'm doing a b18 swap later this summer. Mostly street but some mountain high reving action!

Thanks

I have a 2 1/4 incher all the wya back with high flow everything on my Hatch, with a stock LS to power it...for now. It's plenty of exhaust for the LS, even a nicer VTEC engine.

3 inch is a tad overkill for MOST 4 cylinder cars. . heck just look what comes stock on the cars . . 2 2.25 2.5 should be more than enough for most applications.. gotta love the look of the 3 inch pipe though. . . .
and the nice mellow sound..

2.25 or 2.5 max on a NA car.
3" on a boosted car.
3" on a NA car sounds like a mosquito with a 9 foot wingspan coming your way!
