I need the breasts of duck or goose.
I just salt and pepper the slices (about 1/4") then smoke em up.
Why couldnt I.SETI20 said:What!? You can let it rot and fester along the road, but can't take it with you? That's nuts.
Oh and I'm definately in! On second thought... probably now allowed to ship it to me![]()
Nah, I wouldn't. I don't think I could skin and gut an animal unless I really needed to. Nor could I purposefully kill something, unless I was intending to eat it, or it was going to kill me first.MarkWilliamson said:Not that you really are intending to do this but, in case it happens, you better check local game laws. Seriously, you can't take game with a vehicle. In most states, even if it is an accident or is going to go to waste, it's illegal. The DNR guys will usually come out and take the animal and have it butchered, but it's not legal for you to do it yourself.rex2nr said:I can go try to hit a couple of them with my truck... they walk across the streets in front of cars all the time out here :twisted:D_Britt_57 said:It's awesome, People that dont like duck, like duck jerky.Jonny_Black said:god I love duck..never had duck jerky though..wonder whats its like. hmm
