Does anyone here have black housing headlights?

Because I'm thinking about doing mine, but I'm not sure how it would look like. If you have it could you show some pictures?

i know both Seti and J_B have them. and they both look great. I have a white crx too and i've been thinking about getting them, just dont forget to get black corners too, they're like 10 bucks on ebay. :wink:

So instead of reflective sirface behind the bulb its painted glossy black? Does that cut down badly on the light output? I would think it does. Also, are these ebay cheapy parts? I (almost) never trust aftermarket ebay...

I've thought of smoking my light lenses, but I don't really want to cut down on the light output. hmph.

I used to...but I have the VT front end on my car now.
I'd go back if they made them for my front end type...

I have them, mainly because the car had been wrecked and the previous owner bought them off ebay to replace the stock ones he busted.
Their pretty good, only problem is if your state has inspection you have to swap the stock corners on because they dont have a DOT stamp on them. At least mine dont...the headlights do though.

Im swaping back to the stockers, to see how I like it.

I have the same ones pictured above. The light output is better than stock. Maybe my stock lights were getting faded and old, the "halo projector" ones that I bought are brighter.
($150 ebay)
You just have to make sure that you seal all the aftermarket lights you get. Otherwise you will be getting water inside all the time.
