If you paid a shop to do it, you should never go there again. If they sold and installed brakes without realizing that the Master Cyinder was bad, they're idiots, or they are getting over on you.

If, on the other hand, you did the new brakes, then it's all in the learning. :)

Also, I think that if there's air in the lines, your problem will happen off and on, but not all the time. If that's the case, it's an easy bleedoff and you'll be good.

E- brake is cable operated, so it has nothing to do with the hydraulic systems. Sounds like your Master cylinder is shot, grab a new one from Honda and you should be good as new.

Just as a check for the brake bleed, try an pump your brakes and see if any firmness comes back. Just because the brakes were bled properly doesn't mean that all the air got out.
