I bought and installed some fat fives on my CRX. I would like to get Honda, not Acura, center caps. Does anyone know if there is a Honda model that used the same size center cap?

Yes.
Generally they are known as 99-00 Civic Si center caps.
99-00 SI Center cap part number (on package): 44732-S50-N91
99-00 SI Center cap part number (on cap): 44732-S50-N900
