yeah you drain the coolant, take off the timing covers, loosen the tensioner, slide off the belt (mark it if you dont want to retime it) remove waterpump, clean surfaces, install new one, put belt back on, put covers back on.

what he said.. also it makes it alot easier if you undo the drivers motor mount and jack up on the motor.
