I just get my new 90 CRX SI, but it has no shifter knob. I was wondering what you guys think is the best choice for one? It has been short shifted so the shifting is tight and I will need good control. I was thinking of just a simple ball shifter but not to sure?
SHould I go for the stock knob or a ball?
Here is a picture of the ball shifter I was thinking of buying:

Tell me what you think.

Congrats on finally getting the car!

I don't really know too much about the weight of the shifter, but I would look for something that is comfortable in the hand.

I replaced my OEM one because the lettering was wearing off. I bought one of the ebay special "type R" ones. The only thing I don't like about it is that its too cold in the winter (easy fix, she stays in the garage :p) and it's also too warm in the summer.
