me and my bro are doing an engine swap we are putting a d15b7 into my 91 crx si would i need to change the clutch?and if the clutch is taken out will it still be the same when put back in?
oh really.damn.i already have to buy a new clutch cable.how much would a clutch be from the honda dealership if u get it through an employee that works there?my bro is a mechanic at the honda dealership.Tiersin said:Yea the clutch will be fine if you take it out. But since your going to have it apart anyway, it makes sense to replace the clutch. Its a lot of work to remove the clutch once the engine is in the car, so you might as well do it now.

My clutch is shot in my 90 Dx, and I hunted for over a month but couldn't beat or even match the Exedy clutch price on eBay.
86.15 to my door. That's less than half anywhere in town could touch it.
