Replacing the clutch is pretty invasive surgery. I'd say thats pretty fair for labor. How much are they charging you for the replacement?

$250 isn't bad. I charge 200$ personally for it, but I'm not a certified mechanic, I'm just a fanatic lol. It's not even that hard if you have a hoist, and it's definitly not a job you do when you start to fiddle with cars tho. I've done it a bunch of time on B and H series, and once on my D, the process is the same for every honda theoritically.
