I'm replacing one of my rear LCAs because the endlink hole is stripped and has half a bolt stuck in it. I have the replacement, it has beat up stock rubber bushings in it, and the one on the car has ES PU bushings, which I didn't install (they came on the car). So I don't know how to swap them, do I just press out the old ones and then swap the PU over to them?

I removed mine by heating the bushing. Then twisting and turning the small metal collar until it came out. Had it in a vice with made it easier. Then took a hack saw and cut the outer metal collar to releive pressure on it. Be careful when cutting, if you go to far you will cut into the control arm. Then I hit it with a small chisel to knock it out. If you cut it properly it should pop out. Then I used the vice and some big sockets to install the ES bushings. The grease they give you is messy and more like pine tar.
