The show was called "Crank: Made in America", about meth users and meth in general, primarily in the midwest. It was pretty disturbing, I watched because it was on after intervention (with a cutter!) and I stilll found it pretty gross.
It's really weird how meth is almost non-existent out here, but it seems like it's a big problem West of PA.
