My oil pan is messed up... the screw is miss up so i can't get it out.... jsut wondering if i can us other d16 oil pan??? so does any oil pan fit the ZC sohc??? cuz i got a ZC...

If you are referring to the drain pan bolt,Why cant you remove it?
Stripped? what?
If its just stripped theres ways of removing it. Vice grips work wonders in that kind of pinch,also a chisel and a hammer can also loosen stubborn bolts.

You would have to retread the hole and use an over size bolt to fill the hole.

I think he is talking about the end of the pan bolt is rounded off not the hole is stripped.

In response to the original question, yes, any D16 oil pan will work.

arg. thought i posted this last night:

SOHC ZC W/OUT VTEC: Exactly the same as the D16a6, except has a more aggressive cam.

SOHC ZC W/VTEC: Exactly the same as a D16z6, except the cam.

So just follow that for which pan to use, just to be safe.

will i got the screw out and i found out that the screw wasn't the problem... the problem is the oil pan.

my motor is a zc no vtec but i got a d16z6 vtec oil pan. just wondering if that'll fit???
