Yeah, but this car has a bit more motor and is not trying to be a Daily driver or pass inspection.

Not really. "12.43 with street tires", there is no way that ran a 12.43. I had the exact same setup, except I had better valve springs, a JDM 4-1, and a ported 1.7l GSR manifold. I ran a best of 14.3, on street tires. It is probably about 200lbs lighter, but that isn't gonna knock 2 seconds off. I was trapping 100mph so maybe with slicks it could post a 12.XX, but I think a low 13 is more realistic, on slicks. 12.43 on street tires is absurd.

Its probably thicker metal than whats in the floor originally, lol

That car could be saved.. it doesn't look to far off. He says its rusting out but I've repaired cars much much worse.
