Basically people messing with those idiots from Africa that spam your mailbox with "My aunt Poodoo, queen of zwahilikenyageria, just died and left me $26 billion in some random bank, and for some odd reason I need your help to get it even though I've never met you in my life, but i'll give you 20 million for the help because trusting people who spam your mailbox is perfectly ok."
