I read every post regardless, so I just turned notifications off. I still get notified on PMs, but the only problem I've noticed is that the email is occasionally a few hours late.

I'm not sure when this started, maybe 2 days ago... anyhow...
I'm not recieving email notifications for some threads I subscribe to, and for others I'm recieving 2-3-4 sometimes 5 notifications for a single reply.
For example, I have a thread going about a mini me swap, and i don't always recieve a notification when someone replies, however I recieved 4 emails telling me I have a PM. When I went to my inbox, I only had 1 message.
Has anyone else noticed this or had this problem?

Yup, that too. Sometimes I get one about an hour after checking the thread.
