Does anybody have an emergency brake handle in excellent condition? My 91 is all faded and despite being black, appears blue. Thanks!

Why not paint it? Light sand, prime and some black paint.

Parking brake/erake handle discoloration and pitting

Clean it with dish soap and water (removes the oils from your hand), rinse and let it dry. Get some black plastic paint. A several light coats and “brand new” again. Done it on both by CRXs in the past and plan to do it on my third one.

If you are going to paint it make sure to you an adhesion promoter because painting and use a quality paint because cheap ones will eventually chip and flake. Paint is all about the prep work you put in.
