I'm going to buy energy bushings, and was wondering if it is reliable to get it off ebay or perhaps a reference to a place i can order off of online

eBay is like a big flea market. Most people are honest but some will try to rip you off. That's the reason for the feedback system and eBay's rules and policies. In my experience, I've never had a problem buying on eBay, and it's often cheaper then buying at MSRP from another online store.

I did a quick search and it looks like the only seller for the CRX Energy Master Bushings Set is Summit Racing. I think you can feel fairly safe ordering from them. Link

i'm actually not getting the whole set, i'm changing my whole shifter, so i wanted to replace my energy bushings at the same time, but just the bushings that would be convenient to change along with my shifter

This is a good site to pick up bushings. Cheap, with the exception of the master kit.
