Engine Codes

Engine codes are different than ECU codes.

I was looking for ecu codes. Was my description not good enough?

Just to clarify and not to confuse, the title of your topic is engine codes, which generally speaking, is recognized as the stamp on an engine to identify what motor it is.
ECU codes are just that, codes that the ECU is throwing out via blinking light, to let you know that something is wrong and what it is.

You have a code 21? What ECU?

PM5 A80 in a 1991 DX. I might have counted wrong. 3,14 were for the MAP sensor i got it figured out.

Yeah the stock ECUs only have codes up to 20.

Yea I went back and double counted it. It was 3, 14, 20.
