I have a 88 Crx Si with a ZC swap. I put the engine in the car a few weeks ago. And it started fine but needed a head gasket.I had the head gasket changed but it turns out they plugged the battery in backwards and shorted out the starter and the lights and the ECU i put a new starter on and changed the fuses. And put hte ecu on from an automatic. Now the car starts but only fires on TWO CYLINDERS. Does anyone know what could be wrong.
THANKS

The one i have on it know is a PM6 from an automatic. And I am getting a PG7 tommorrow. But would the wrong ecu make it run on two cylinders. Because when i started before the head gasket and the ecu shorting out it ran on all cylinders.
DO U HAVE A PM7 FOR SALE OR KNOW ANYONE WHO DOES
