im doin a full suspension rebuild on my 87' hf, and having trouble with all of it..im mostly concerned about the rear control arm bushings. I cant get those things out for anything, is there a certain stradegy or way to get these out?

Either a press or a propane torch.
Press is preferred

Hello there. My uncle is planning to install a control arm kit and bushings this weekend because the old ones are already busted but he is having thoughts on how to easily remove it. I think my uncle would know how to do it with the press but we're kinda curious on how to do it using propane torch as you mentioned. I'll appreciate if you could tell us.

I was checking out the parts explosion on hondapartsnow.com and there's a snap ring on that trailing arm bushing (at least on the '87 Si there is) I wonder if it might pop out with a bit of force once the snap ring is removed?
