I could use your help. The guy who owned my car before me installed a cheep knockoff WW kit. Needless to say...it was crap. I've already bought the front bumper. But i'm thinking I should replace the side skirts as well. I just have a question about them though. How do they attach to the fender? The ones I had were connected with bondo making it imposable to replace the fender without destroying the paint job and taking forever. I hate that. Do the WW skirts use the holes for the trim pieces?

the side skirts use more than just double sided tape.

The front and rear of the skirt attatches to the inner part of the fender and the rear quarter panel with 2 self tapping screws in each part. The double sided tape goes along the rocker, and on the vertical parts of the skirt on the fender and quarterpanel. Then under the car there would be 3 screws going into the underbody.

Now that ive typed that out I remembered they have a pdf file for installation

the ww way is just double sided tape. Im going to use some small screw through the holes for the molding clips when I put mine on my new car. Ive had bad luck with the tape coming somewhat loose on the doorpanels, others have not though.

Cool. I can deal with tape. Thats not an issue. I just wanted to make sure that i wouldn't have to bondo it to the car like the POS one on there now. As always, I appreciate your guys input.

Here's the install from Wings West. It details how the kit is SUPPOSED to be installed, but it all depends on who installed it and how it was installd. Some people add a few screws, some people skip a few. Same with the sticky tape.
