If you are doing an engine and tranny swap in a car that had a cable type clutch (91 CRX), but the new tranny requires a hydraulic clutch, where do you mount the master cylinder for the clutch? Do brackets and clutch pedal linkage have to be fabricated from scratch, or are there readily available parts that will somehow fit?

This may be an easier route than the full hydro conversion.
It is possible to mount all of what you said, but I dont know of anyone that has done it personally.
Give hasport a look.I have that kit myself and let me say it is functional as well as BLING! 8)

2point2 on honda tech has the complete hydro swap a good while back. I dont know if its really worth all the extra hassle though.
no, it is not worth the hassle. I converted to a hasport style hydro/cable assembly and will never look back.
