Could you guys help me pin down a noise that has slowly developed in the front of my '90 DX.

It's definately a rotational sounds that seems to be slightly more prenounced when i'm giving throttle but it still does it when just coasting.

The best i can describe it is a "whap, Whap" noise, it seem to be happening with rotation of the front tires and can be heard easely under 15mph, above that it kind of gets drowned out by other things.

First thing that comes to mind is the brakes are going bad. Theres a metal clip that lets you know that brakes need to be replaced. Next, check axels, thats the problem with mine right now. Before all that though, check for a simple rock in a tire, that would give you an annoying clicking sound form the front tires.
