Final parts are arriving tomorrow for engine build. I'm pretty excited.
What I don't know is will I need a larger fuel pump. I have an almost new Walbro 190 in there, but am now going with 450cc injectors along with my T3 super60, but plan on only running low level of boost, like 10-12 psi.
Do I need to upgrade to the 255?

That depends on just how hard your injectors are working. Here read this website. It defines it quite clearly.
