i have a 91 hf w/ d16a6, well, put a new altenator, plugs ,and wires on, when i went to start the car after that the fuel pump does not kick on, it just clicks once when the key is turned, no fuel pressure, replaced relay and checked fuse 14 and still nothing, has anyone had this problem before ? the fuel pump is brand new and worked fine before this !! someone please help me out

Two questions:
1) Did you buy the new puel pump from Honda?
2) Was the fuel pump relay you put in a brand new one from honda?
If 1) is true and 2) is false, I'd suspect the relay. Is 1) is false and 2) is true, then I'd suspect the pump. For all other cases i guess you just have to bench check both.
