10mm 12point
back of a 10mm wrench for the clutch
17mm 12point for the flywheel
again the back of a wrence
I don't get it... back of the wrench?

To hold the assembly from moving the best thing is one of these:

It grabs the flywheel teeth and keeps it from moving, without stressing the bolts or ruining threads.

What about all the bigger suspension bolts/nuts, engine mounts, and the tranny case to engine bolts?

Well you don't need the snap-on one! I'm sure someone else makes them, maybe autozone rents them out. I found the snap-on one because I know for sure they make them since that's what I use.
