yup Steeler won Super Bowl 40!
Ok.. now to the commercials..
The FedEx commercial was hillarious!
Burger King had a "big musical production" style commercial.. and they admitted the king was creepy...
The Budweiser commercials were all instant classics... as usual..
the one where the Clydesdales were playing football.. and the freshly sheared sheep ran onto the field..."Streaker"... LOL that was the best..
The dudes on the roof... that was good..
and the "magical refridgerator" that was a good one as well..
yep, another year.. another good round of commercials...

I agree with most of you about the SuperBowl... however, my reason for rooting for the steelers:
- Several of my friends are Steelers fans
- I was meeting up with a few friends tonight that i see -maybe- once every other month, at best...
- We went to a bar that is an 'OFFICIAL' Steelers hangout
- If the Steelers had lost, it would have been a very boring and sad evening.
BUT..... they WON... so tonight RULED! a DD just dropped me off at home, so i'm going to be passing out here shortly, and arriving to work maaaaaybe a bit late. haha!
GREAT game though... even if you aren't a football fan, the game was still very fun to watch
Not to mention Steelers chicks dancing on tables and bars, some with shirts and some without... yeeeeaaaa.... and the after-party was even more rockin! 8)

i dont enjoy watching football. i didnt watch the superbowl hell i was actually sleeping. today was my birthday. and living in southwestern pa im pretty jacked off that all i saw today was steelers jerseys and listened to stupid steelers songs all day long it seamed like. half the resturants were closed in pittsburgh for this stupid game so i couldnt even take my *girlfriend* out to dinner. we ended up eating at bob evans and she found a sponge yes a sponge in her stuffing. so needless to say i had 4 bites of food and left. then i ended up going back to my house and talking to her. yea we pretty much broke it off. so now me and my ex girlfriend just fall asleep and wake up 4 hours later.
my whole weekends plans that everyone had seamed to plan out for me with out any say for me turned into an even worse time becuase we ended up doing the exact oposite of what we had planned.
i would of had a much better time if i would of just stuck to the original plan which was go to punxitony (sp) and pick up that crx off of toxi and then meet up with sinful and getcaughtdead in cranberry tonight.
i always have a good time with my crx friends. lol
oh well tommorow is back to work. im gonna try to forget this weekend happened.
by the way im 23 now.
and im not sorry for highjacking this topic. lol

seahawks got robbed? nah. i'm a steeler's fan at heart (they're my home team what can i say?) but my REAL favorite team is the Bengals, has been for as long as i can remember. and after what the steelers did to Carson Palmer... let's just say i was rooting for the seahawks to win this one even though i knew the steelers would pull through. they had one heck of a team this season. and man did i ever call the bus' retirement upon winning. for the last month i've said if they win the super bowl he'll be gone, if not he'll be back for another run next season.
anyway, yeah, there were some bad calls but when aren't there?

WoooooHooooo! Yeah baby! As someone who has to drive past the stadium to and from work each day I couldn't help get infected the last few years. BTW Happy Birthday Anthony! We gotta get together again soon. Anyways, the Steelers are a different kind of organization. The owners have believed in sticking with one good horse instead of trading in for a new one each year. Pittsburgh loves it's Steelers! Outside after the game it was like Armistice Day. Pots and pans banging, fireworks, ect. I missed all the excitement that Jon seems to have gotten in Florida though... I guess it was too cold for any public ta ta displays here! :lol:

Well, to those of you who appreciate a great season and awesome playoffs from the 6th seed, here you go. Yes, that's Bettis with the Super Bowl trophy and I bet my reflection is in there somewhere! GO STEELERS! It was CRAZY here today for the homecoming!
