James -- were you the guy who tore up his fender/headlight (?) on a black CRX by hitting something right before N9?xJamesX said:Hey jade...its been a while.. It s a new crx the one from N9 was sent to the junker... Its got the b16 from it and most parts swapped over.
Hey bro,xJamesX said:Yellows... I'm not to sure I like the 205 tire. It does seem a little tall, I should have gone with my first choice of 195 but I got these for the same price so I'll deal. Oh and the ride is so much nicer. Having balanced wheels is so money.

the 2nd number of 50 is not how many mm tall the sidewall is...it is an aspect ratio of height to width...so in sense a 205/50 will be higher than a 195/50...but yes, 205 is how many mm it is across... :wink:bryman10 said:Hey bro,xJamesX said:Yellows... The 205 refers to the width of the tire (the contact patch if you will), it has nothing to do with height (sidewall).
For example, 205/50/15 means 205 mm wide, 50mm height, and 15 inches in diameter. Obviously, the taller the tire, the more comfortable ride at the expense of sidewall flex (handling).
