Of course there are differences in models, but that is going to vary depending on which country you're in.
Have you even done a simple google search?

Most of the world, outside of the Western Hemisphere, got a better version of the Crx than what we got here in the US.
Depending on the trim models, in the Japanese market, you'd get either a SOHC ZC or DOHC ZC. The Euro equivalent to the DOHC ZC is the D16Z5/D16A8/D16A9.
For the late '89 model year refresh, the SiR or VT models received the b16.
Interior wise, again, markets outside of the Western Hemisphere, some got leather interior, full glass roofs, automatic climate control, power windows/ locks, heated seats/mirrors, and a choice of 2 different rear spoilers, among other various options.

I found these pages which may help.

Which country are you asking about? Different trim levels were available in different countries.
