- get rid of that huge + heavy sound system
- hide those 5/25 front speakers.
- those painted interior parts + console gotta be changed.
- the rear alpine sticker has to go
- the front tints have to go
- get rid of rear spoiler
- buy an Si front lip from dealer ($75 bux)

Good choice sticking with ALPINE.

Robb...I beleive those are actually 6.5 inch speakers. Considering the size of the speakers and the magnets that is pretty much the only way to mount them...I've tried. But I would personally recover the speaker grills to hide the holes.

That new Alpine amp looks sweet. Subs aren't really my thing but that has got to hit really hard.

The install looks really clean...good job.

UNless you're competing in a DB drag or some form of competition, those subs are pretty much useless. There's no way you can use their full potential in such a small car. They will overpower everything else untill all you hear is bass. Large woofer = bad response time.
Kick them out and get a good quality 10" woofer. I have an JL audio one and you can hear me coming 5 blocks down if I crank that mother up.

Oh, and I can still put 2 large grocery bags and a case of beer in the back as well.

You might want to remove the content listing from the back.
No use in a stealth install only to tell thieves what's inside.

First things first...

Get rid of that ////ALPINE sticker in the back. You'll regret it if you don't.

And yeah, those subs are super overkill. A couple of good 10's (JL Audio ;)) will rock you plenty. I had two 10w6's in a custom ported box and it was WAY too much when I pumped it. :D And I only used up about half of my hatch area.

Just my suggestions.

Those door speakers are component type r 6 1/2". The magnet is pretty huge on those. Even on the type r 6 1/2" coaxial I had to cut out a lot of the plastic (even diameter wise) to make mine fit in the front.

Just out of curiousity what MX setting do you use on that head unit?

Anyone know how I would go abouts to removing the ///ALPINE sticker off my taillights without scratching/damaging the actual surface of the lights? Let me know, thank you very much!

Or you could heat them up gently with a hair dryer. You basically just want to soften up the adhesive a bit so that the decals come off easier. Once they're off, you can remove the remaining residue with an adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol (slower).

yeah those subs are way overkill....I'm 16 so I understand wanting to blowout ur eardrums with some awsome music but that is way too much.....a singal 10' is enough to damage ur ears so u really dont need anything bigger.....u dont even need to use the 10 at full blast
