I believe the "Cali Spec" info is just a typo in Helms much like the B16 4.266 FD as listed in the 1999 Civic FSM.

HF 5th will fetch $$$ on eco modder even though is is not much different than the 92-00 .702 5th gear (run the math, less than 30 rpm difference at cruising rpm.

Shift forks are the most desired of all the parts. I tried to have them made but at $550-600 per fork, even HPD was willing to give me a part number that would be mine only and updated in the parts database so it would be legal. I would have had to order a batch of 300 to get that price.
