Hey everyone, Just found these forums and read around a bit and the community seems really nice! I've always wanted a crx, and I just turned 18 so I'm gonan get my first car (yay for me). I already missed a few crx's but theres a couple 90's that are looking nnice, so hopefully I can get one of them. There seems to be a few popping up a week here in toronto. Anyways just though I'd introduce myself ;p

Welcome. You two are the perfect age to buy one. I bought mine at 17, my second at 19, and now am looking to buy a replacement for the first one at 20. I hope you find one, and grab some pictures when you do.

lol, thanks for the offer Robb, but 5k is outa my range, the ones I'm looking at are under 3~, so yea ;p But money asside it looks really nice, good luck selling it !
I'm gonna go look at either 90 crx with a new engine or a nice yellow one with only a few changes to it. So I'll get one soon, just need to find the right one : D

At least get 1 with not a spec of rust on it !
i would rather spend the extra money initially on buying a clean crx than anything else. You wont find a clean crx for less than $5000 Canadian.

Theres been a few that say that they have no rust, like this one

No rust, very good cond., 4 wheel discs brakes, p/roof, new rims and tires, never been to race, 202 kms., 5 spd. Cert. & e-test. 202,067 km.

and its under 3k. And a bunch of the other ones have been already modified, and I wanna do anything to the car myself(not rice it up though) So I don't mind if its not perfect cause I know ill be spending some time with it.

Altho usually you shouldn't listen to a word he says, this man speaks the truth now. :wink:
It takes -alot- of effort bringing one back once it starts to deteriorate.
I bought mine 6 years ago, flawless. And it's gonna take well over a grand of bodywork to make it look as good as it did then.
