High compression (flat-faced) valves for D16A6

I've been looking for some High compression valves for my D16A6, by high compression I mean flat faced or dish faced valves.

I've looked on omni power, skunk2, and a few other places, I can't seem to find any of these valves for the d-series non-vtech (D16A6).

Does anyone know any companies that might offer these types of valves?

thanks

I haven't really seen any other then exospeed. Most big companies overlook the 17 year old SOHC non vtec engine...

Alot of companies I've notice have stopped develloping more for the D and H, and have shifted there focus to the K.

Can you blame them? I mean the K series is where the people will spend cash-ola.
I have seen valves for the d-series,but they are mostly for the Z6..I'll look around and see if anyone has the non-vtec valves "floating" around.
Maybe give Si valves a jingle...not sure if theirs are flat faced though..
GL.
I got a set of the Omni's when they were discontinuing them direct from manufacturer. Blowout sale was like $110 shipped, and the dealers weren't allowed to match the price under the rules of their dealership contracts.

ended up selling the whole head package last summer tho.
nice valves if you can find 'em.

try this guy for the Omni's (no idea if he still has any in stock):

mention d-series.org and see if he'll still honor his forum special discount ($149 shipped) You might have to register with the site to get the deal.
Yeah, i e-mailed the guys at Si valves, and they said the valves were slightly flater than stock, i don't know because all the pictures I have seen of the valves show them with dish faces. I guess they are dished, i may order 1, and see whether or not they are dish faced.
You could always us LS valves.. you have to cut them a little bit for them to fit though. Nice and cheap alternative for some ponies.

Tell me more about this. :D
Or I guess you know nothing about this? I thought the ls valves are longer and also have a slightly bigger diameter.
I found the answer

Laskey racing offers SuperTech valves with a flat face option for $250 shipped!!
laskey racing.... cool thanks I also wanted info on that. any idea on the ratio increase??
no idea from them, although I have read on another site (don't remember which one) that it will add 0.3 to your compression ratio, making a 9.1:1 to a 9.4:1 compression ratio. So basically, about 2 extra horses, haha! I figure that while I'm in there i might as well. not to mention I'm using alot of oil and this is the only thing I HAVEN'T replaced or re-ground or bored!!!!!! Talk about being PISSED OFF!!!!
