I have a 1990 CRX with a '92-95 motor.

What ECU do I have and what should I have.

The car seems to run fine and gets good mpg so I belive it has the correct ECU but I would like to know what it has.

TIA

There is normaly a white sticker/tag on the bottom side of the ECU.

OBD0-
PM6 ECU

OBD1 (probably what you have)
P28 ECU

The three letter numbers centered off by 2 dashes "-"p28"-"

Hope this helps...

And if you dont know where the ecu is its under the carpet in the passenger floor board.

With the B7 you don't need a P28, if that's what you have. You could probably sell it for some cash since it's desirable and get the correct ECU for the engine (I would definitely be willing to trade you!).

It's probably safe to say that the stock D series was pulled and the D15B7 was thrown in it's place, keeping it OBD0. You more then likely are running the PM6 ecu. Nothing wrong with that for a SOHC non-vtec.
