Some of you are gonna receive a package in the next week.
That's the good news, the bad news is:
I gotta raise my prices
I really didn't even know how much finished product I got from the fresh meat.
The ratio is less the half
I just processed 13 pounds and got a little over 5 1/2 out of it.
Coupled with the fact I buy meat when it's on sale (which is not too often) I gotta raise my rates.
I hope we are still friends after I tell ya...

I have to get 32.50 per pound, and 1/2 pound goes for 17.
Yes, it cost's more then the store bought, but they use cheaper cuts of meat, and break your teeth to boot.
I will ALWAYS use either London Broil or Eye Round Roast, ALWAYS!.
So, I DO apologize for the price hike, but it just costs more then I expected it would.
Oh, and production snags still are abundant, please be patient.
If you are still interested please reply (crosses fingers)
