On Saturday my dad had one of his friends over to look at my car. He was like really pumped that I was do so much work on th4e car and wanted to help me out. He used to be a mechanic, and after just an hour of looking over the car with me we made a game plan.
Not only is he going to work on the car with me but he works at a chrome shop and said he will chrome ANYTHING for me for free! I already gave him my cold air intake tube to chrome just so I can see how it looks. If that goes well then I think I might have to go crazy and chrome every metal piece on my car lol!

i remember seeing a turbo 3000-gt with everydamnthing underhood chromed out. it seriously would blind you in the sun. too much chrome is just that, too much. but then again I don't even like engine bays with all red or blue or whatever color plug wire, vac hoses, intake, wire loom, blah blah blah. someone should totally just spray paint everything at once...so much easier! :lol:

K well once my intake tube comes back I will post a pic of it. I think that just chroming some key things on my car will make it look really sharp.

Yep, we are focusing right now purling on getting the car registered. Then once that's done we can start the cosmetic stuff.

its a crx, not an old school muscle car, don't chrome anything plz, unless you get some chrome fender flares, and i have a set of baby daytons if you want them

I love chrome on a classic Mustang or something...I wouldn't put any on my CRX. I even painted the H emblem on the hood black and got a black intake to avoid anything chrome...that's just me. It can look good on certain cars, but a lot of people get carried away.
