There was a post about this on Honda-Tech a while ago, I remember reading that you will need a welder to make it work. For some reason, the design of the seats makes it hard to swap the pans.
I tried it with '94 leather seats. The usual pan swap doesn't work because the bolt holes are in different positions. You can bolt the parts together, but once assembled, the seat back won't lock in any position above about 45°, and even if you could fix that (maybe by adding more notches to the locking mechanisim?) the seat back still sits at an angle - it tries to point your torso toward the center console rather than the steering wheel.downest said:For some reason, the design of the seats makes it hard to swap the pans.
Nice. Except there's no such thing as a 2002 GSR. :?shadowcrx said:my buddy had 2002 gsr leathers in his rex
THAT WAS WHAT WAS SO COOL - THEY CAME FROM AN ALTERNATE UNIVERSE!!!jfrolang said:Nice. Except there's no such thing as a 2002 GSR. :?shadowcrx said:my buddy had 2002 gsr leathers in his rex
I don't have stock seats, and mine was pointing towards the console. I had to take the seat itself out and match the locking track with the free track.bobski said:I tried it with '94 leather seats. He still had to fab brackets though. Sheesh, infinity DOES have limits!
Hey, I was giving you the benifit of the doubt... are you SUUUUUUURE you can't pull car parts out of alternate dimensions? Because I am more than willing to believe!  .shadowcrx said:ok so maybe they was 2000 or somethingf geebusxxpaulcpxx said:THAT WAS WHAT WAS SO COOL - THEY CAME FROM AN ALTERNATE UNIVERSE!!!jfrolang said:Nice.
