It seems right, but the angles into the caliper just don't seem real good. Probably just because the braided lines are so stiff.
The silver on the components is powder coat.
The flat black is just flat black paint. It will hold up well as long as you use a zinc-chromate primer underneath.
The brake calipers are automotive paint.
I have not formally introduced myself (need to do a post on just that), but i worked my way through college working at a body shop and have been painting cars, tractors, heavy equipment, signs or whatever for over 20 years. I have also raced go-karts for about 20 years also.
Fixing up the CRX because nobody makes a new car that I want to buy. Almost bought a 350Z, but the tire issues turned me off. Would buy a Solstice GXP coupe if they made it.
