I've got an 87 crx I'm putting a new clutch in and I can't the get passenger side axel to pop out. Any suggestions!

Yes, nothing seems to work, had it out a few times, thinking I might have to pull trans with axel, no big, just a pain!

I mean, unless it has been sitting for an extended period of time... I just replaced both axles on my 88 CRX SI this weekend and simply used a pry bar where the shaft and the axle meets with the transmission. A small amount of force was applied and the axle shaft released itself from the transmission gear box.

New question. Can a D15 swap for a ew15, remember I'm in Cali!
No, not a direct swap, but you can put a newer Honda motor like the D15 into the car and get it BAR certified as long as you also update all of the emmisions to match the motor you put in.
