You may be able to but i am unsure. The HF suppport is similar to the JDM one and is different and lighter than the US Si support. As for pricing, yes it is that expensive. As JDM & EDM parts and vehicles become older and in demand, expect prices to either stay the same or go up. This stuff is nearly 15yrs old at the LEAST & therfore it is Getting harder to find older JDM/EDM parts.

Wierd. I don't have the bumper support type thingee they show there. Mine just bolts on to the actual frame.

the bumper "frame" should come with it. nowdays most places are taking them off and selling it seperately to make more money which is a biatch thing to do. damn vultures. when I used to buy my jdm bumpers back in 2000 for $150 shipped theyd come with the lip AND the bumper "frame" . and yes it bolts right up to the car and the frame itself weighs like 2lbs or something. password JDM are a bunch of vultures only after a fast buck. like they dont make a killing as it is. in answer to your question, no the HF support wont work. talk to Seti or JonnyG on honda-tech.com , they dont take those supports out of the bumpers

I don't know your preferences, but I'm going to go with the VIS Mugen LOOK ALIKE bumper. I called on the price, and it's under $200! Can't go wrong there.
