It looks like the rare optional oil slick squirter buttons. I believe it was a U.S. only option. I've only ever seen one other car that has it.

What kind of seats are those? They definitely aren't oem. Car looks good, not liking the wheels at all though. Paint the bumper and you'll be good to go. Later,
