If you already gallery'd them to the site, I would just link to the gallery. Otherwise, use photobucket or tinypic.com

Hey man, dont feel too bad. I totally screwed up my cobalt last year. Here a a couple pics:

While it may not look like much, the car was completely screwed. The entire Unibody was twisted, causing over 10k in damages. Although, at the time I had 3 girls in the car with me, so it would have been the way i wanted to die

Edit: I picked a fight with a guardrail too. I lost :(

Sorry for your loss man, I feel your pain. Happens to the best of us. Mine looked the same when I slid on an icy road into a gaurd rail... but it was the left front instead of the left rear.

i couldnt crash in the snow if i tried unless im being careless or someone else hits me, but most of the time driving in snow im super alert and know what to expect. i just know how the car handles and i instinctively drive as per the conditions. lol kinda sucks cause i wish i would crash the teg and get a settlement from insurance. im ready for something new, but dont have the spare money. and i cant in my right mind crash it on purpose

we had lots of snow yesterday and i took my brothers blazer out. popped it in 4wd, and went drifting on all the unplowed streets. and hit up some unplowed parking lots for some fun as well :)

not trying to belittle you or anything, but i hope this teaches you to be more careful and aware of the driving conditions. i go to college in WV, we get a good amount of snow sometimes. with any college town theres lots of drivers from out of state, and probably areas where they dont get as much snow, or have better plowing (some roads here dont get plowed at all) and the amount of people who arent capable of driving in bad weather is insane. i swear one morning i was driving to class and in like a 50ft section of road i watched car after car slide into a ditch or crash into another car. and i drive by without a scratch. at least the tow truck companies are making lots of money those days.

I hope you find another rex to replace that one, and I'm sorry to hear the poor thing suffered the way it did, but such is life.

I don't know if WV or MD takes the cake for idiot drivers in snow. The city around here people drive like complete tards, tailgating and swerving around when its icy out or snow is beginning to fall, melt and freeze. I'm amazed at the sheer idiocy I see on a day to day basis out where I live, but it just teaches me to drive safer and more cautiously. I've only had snow issues once, and that was in an old Lincoln with bald tires.

People here (I live in Bmore) drive like that all the time. They just dont know you are supposed to stop when it gets icy. Having lived in 11 other states and having visited 42 others... I will vouch for the DC area having the worst drivers. Although I think the NoVA drivers are much worse than the WV and MD drivers.

And to the OP: Sorry to hear about the accident. At least your OK. Stuff happens. Live and learn.
